looking for a car to rent in capr town

we are in cape town and looking for a cheap car to revrent to go to namibia and zambia(for long term).
weve been told we can find a car for 100 rand per day, but cant seem to find itif anybody has any idea it can help us alot

we had the same problem in Cape Town . Try walking along the seaside road in Sea Point or Green Point (I `m not toatally sure about the name but it`s the western shore with a lot of restaurants and bars). We saw a lot of cars with signs reading ``rent me for 99r per day). Good luck but mind you - getting stuck in Namibia is not fun so don`t compromise quality too much...

I think that these cheap cars are for rent within a limited radius outside of Cape Town or with a mileage limit. So don`t get disappointed
