שלום רב,
האם במסגרת חיפושייך עברת דרך מדור 1001 טיפים? אם לא, ישנן שם המלצות רבות על מלונות במקסיקו סיטי. לא לכולם יש קישור לאתר בית, אולם חיפוש קצר במנוע חיפוש יוביל אותך למייל במקרה הטוב או/ו לטלפון (במקרה הפחות נוח). צור קשר ואזמן מקום מראש. בקש כתובת מדוייקת, העתק אותה לדף נייר ואותה תמסור לנהג המונית בשדה התעופה. חשוב מאד ליידע את המלון את שעת הנחיתה שלך ואת השעה המשוערת בה תגיע למלון (אני מעריך בכשעתיים לאחר שעת הנחיתה) כך שיחכה לך חדר. אני לא הייתי חוסך במקרה זה, והולך על מלון מעט יקר יותר אולם אחד שיבטיח לך מיטה מסודרת בשעה 00:00.

hi there
we landed in mexico city on last sunday night, and we were in the same problem (beit ha metayel & ha bait shel ofer are close, landing at midnight and no place to contact)
we got recommendations for Casa de los Amigos, so we took a cab from the airport (take only cabs from the dalpak in the airport, where they give you a ticket to bring to the taxi driver!!) and we arrived to the Casa, but it was already closed (we couldn't reach them in time), so we asked the driver to take us to a close hotel (Hotel Reforma or something like that) which cost us $50 for 2 ($45 for single room), but it was only for the first night.
the day after we went to Casa de los amigos and we're still here, for all the shehut in mexico city. very nice place, nice people & good staff, $10 for a night in the mail dorms and $15 for your own room, and $2 for breakfast if you're interested.
so this is my recommendation. i think you'll like it too.
